Mariam Khachatryan coordinates customer support, which includes identifying enrollment process problems and recommending solutions. Mariam also monitors registration in the University Management System. She also manages the front desk and coordinates the Syrian-Armenian financial aid program.
Mariam has work experience as a technical translator and scriptwriter at Pan Armenian Media Group, and as an IT/ Financial settlements specialist in Converse Bank.
Mariam holds an MA degree in English from Yerevan State University and a diploma in Social Work from Yerevan State University.
