Marina Poghosyan

Ms. Marina Poghosyan is a trainer and mentor for Women Entrepreneurship Program, WEP at AUA Extension program. In the scope of this program she trained and provided mentoring to more than 150 women entrepreneurs. She was a member of the initiation and founding working group for creating a Women Entrepreneurship Promotion and Endowment Center, WEPEC uniting all the graduates of WEP program.

Marina started her career in the area of business development back in 1994. Her involvement in multinational consulting companies, like Chemonics International, Nathan Associates and J.E. Austin Associates, Inc. enabled her to apply the best practices in the area of Entrepreneurship and Management Consulting in the client organizations.

Currently she is leading her own consulting company, Management Systems Consulting LLC, helping entrepreneurs to start and grow their businesses. Marina has been selected by EBRD SBA program and delivered training courses for consultants in Armenia, Belarus, Mongolia and Russia. She is a trainer for EBRD Women in Business, WiB program, training women in leadership, communication and balancing work and life courses. She serves as a Board member at the Institute of Management Consulting, IMC Armenia.
